In the 21-Day Meditation Experience, Oprah and Deepak guide you on a free online journey to enjoy the life-changing benefits of meditation in an easy and inspiring way. Each 21-Day Meditation Experience focuses on a unique theme, offering deep wisdom, practical tools, and refreshing insights to help you grow and evolve each day.
Inspired by the notion that it takes 21 days to create a habit, each 21-Day Meditation Experience offers:
- Daily audio meditations
- Motivational messages
- Thought-provoking journal questions to anchor the day’s teachings
- Articles, videos, and tips to help create a thriving meditation practice
Each daily audio meditation includes about 10 minutes of guidance by Oprah and Deepak – in which they share the teaching of the day – followed by 10 minutes of silent meditation with a soothing musical background. Deepak provides a new Sanskrit mantra each day for you to repeat to yourself during the silent meditation period, which helps calm your mind and deepen your practice.
Things You Should Know
- Each day of the journey at 12AM PT, a new meditation will unlock for you
- You will receive an email each day, but if for some reason you don’t, simply log in to access the same daily information
- Meditations are available a total of 5 days from their original post date
- Our free mobile app allows you to meditate anytime, anywhere
